My late grandfather’s almond tree is starting to bloom, and I’m glad I’m here to catch it on photo. It had been previously transplanted to somewhere different because the house is being remodeled. As time went by, the relocated tree was lost. About one year later, the original place there the roots were, began sprouting again. Now it’s growing and it’s looking quite pretty. The last time the tree bloomed, I wasn’t there to see it, so I’m happy. It really is a wonderful thing, to see these small flowers bloom. I honestly don’t know why I love almond trees so much (No, it’s not because of Anime), probably because I grew up surrounded by so many of them. There’s just something in the trees that draws me in.
